Simplify. This is my mantra. My goal. This word is my therapist.
Whenever life starts to feel overwhelming, or my head starts to spin with worries, or I feel the grasp of anxiety in my chest, I try to remind myself to simplify….
What is important? What is truly important? Don’t think too far ahead, focus on this moment, breathe, simplify.
And finally – try smiling!

Meditating, sitting for maybe 30 minutes is one way I can quiet my mind. Another is a walk in the woods. Breathing deeply helps too~
