Do you like smoothies?
Yep me too.
Here’s one we have been making the last few weekends that is delicious, easy, and healthy (good fats, calcium, protein, omega-3s, fiber, etc).
Pina colada smoothie:
1/2 scoop protein powder
1tblsp chia seeds
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup hemp milk
6-8 cubes pineapple
5 ice cubes
what kind of protein powder do you use? i find that the wrong ones can make even the best smoothie taste funky…

Good Q – we use Researveage unflavored. I agree about the taste, which I why I only use 1/2 scoop. I’ll add the link to post.
