What’s on your plate?

I’ve been trying to pack more food from home to eat during the day while I’m at work…I had fallen out of the habit recently.

Besides being cost efficient, it feels healthier. Less processed, less sodium, less of all the unknown “stuff”. This week i’ve been bringing simple toast, butter and marmalade with oranges. Any form of citrus right now is so good – have you tried the Cara Cara oranges? Bananas.

Whenever we go to see our family in Vermont we stock up on our favorite bread from a bakery called La Panciata – a slice or two feels substantial enough to be a light meal. I’ve found a few stores that carry it, and we always make a special stop to load up BUT I just noticed that they deliver!

Do yourself a favor and order some today. It Freezes very well, so order extra.
